With this contract, Pinotti S.r.l. offers the goods and services chosen by the Customer in the order form, to be considered an integral part of the contract.

The contract stipulated between Pinotti S.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Pinotti S.r.l. . This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read and accepted in its entirety, all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, the offer of product specifications, and these Conditions of Use in their entirety.

The Customer declares that he has not entered false or imaginary data in the order form, and therefore declares that the data entered correspond to his real personal data. Pinotti S.r.l. reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the appropriate venues. The obligations assumed by the Customer in this article as well as the guarantee of successful payment made by the Customer are essential for Pinotti S.r.l., which reserves the right , in the event of failure to fulfill one of the aforementioned obligations, to terminate the contract by right, without prejudice to any right to compensation for damages.

Registration on the Site

Registration on the Site is not mandatory. It is possible to consult the product catalog on the Site and place an order without being registered.

During the registration phase, the Customer must provide a few personal data, necessary for the management of his online orders, and indicate an e-mail address and a password that will allow him to access the cart to make purchases on the Site, with maximum confidentiality and tranquility.

Product Availability

The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog available on the Site at the time the order is placed, and in the quantities present in stock. Product availability can be viewed by entering the product description sheet or from the cart. If the quantity of the product ordered exceeds that in stock, it will be displayed that the quantity is not available, giving the customer the possibility to change the quantity or forward the order. Prices in the catalogue

All prices entered on the Site, in the relevant column of the catalogue, are prices excluding VAT and will not always correspond to purchases made at our physical store. Pinotti S.r.l. reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time, however the prices invoiced are those in force at the time of the order. In the event of a discrepancy between the rate indicated and in force at the time of the Customer's order, due to a typing, editing or calculation error on the Site, the rate in force will prevail. The Customer may, however, cancel his order by reporting the problem to us.

Purchase Method

The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the Site at the time the order is placed.

The quickest way to place an order is via the internet (online), by accessing your shopping cart using your Site registration data (E-mail and Password). This purchase method therefore requires registration on the Site.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Pinotti S.r.l. by means of a message sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message will contain a Customer Order Number, to be used in all subsequent communications with Pinotti S.r.l., and will re-present all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections to the contacts listed in your registration form or on the confirmation email itself.

If the ordered products are not available after the Customer's order, Pinotti S.r.l. will send an e-mail to the Customer to inform him of the unavailability of the product and propose to cancel or modify his order.

Payment by credit card or PAYPAL checkout

By choosing this payment method, clicking on "Buy now" you will not have risk that someone comes into possession of your data. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery means payment only and exclusively in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products, and is applicable only for amounts not exceeding 999.00 Euros

Bank transfer

In case of advance payment by bank transfer, the amount ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until proof of payment is received, no later than 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Acceptance and fulfillment of the order

Shipping and delivery of products

Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The Customer therefore has the opportunity to immediately know the cost of shipping and decide whether to confirm the order or not.

Invoice release

Retention of title

Pinotti S.r.l. reserves ownership of the goods supplied until the Customer has fulfilled all obligations towards him and in particular until the price has been paid in full. This retention of title does not hinder the transfer of risks which will in any case be borne by the Customer from the date on which the ordered products have left the warehouses of Pinotti S.r.l. in accordance to the provisions of the "Shipping and delivery of products" section.

Return of a product within 10 days

In all cases, the goods to be replaced must be returned by the Customer, at his expense, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (original packaging, documentation and accessories)

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Regulations in force

The sales contract between the Customer and Pinotti S.r.l. is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For any civil and criminal dispute arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, the competent court will be that of the municipality of residence or domicile of the owner of Pinotti S.r.l.
