Application of the right of withdrawal

We do not accept returns on fabrics or on goods cut to size, they will not be returned. exercised any right of withdrawal for the purchase of goods cut to size (paragraphs 1-2 Legislative Decree no. 185 - 22 May 1999)

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the Customer is a consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by requesting an invoice specifying a VAT number reference in the order form), he can exercise the right of withdrawal, for any reason and without the need to provide explanations. Without prejudice to the cases of exclusion listed below, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased goods, only by written communication sent by registered letter with receipt return, which makes clear the desire to withdraw from the contract.
